The University of Applied Sciences Jena (UAS, Germany) is seeking to fill the position of an Early Stage Researcher (PhD student) in the frame of a Marie Curie Initial Training Network (ITN): Sample In ？ Answer Out Optochemical Sensing Systems (SAMOSS).

SAMOSS is an international network project funded by the European Union started on October 1st 2013 with partners in Germany, Austria, France, Israel, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will be working on an individual project at the University of Applied Sciences Jena on the Development of a Multi-receptor sensor platform based on optical detection methods for food analysis and in close cooperation with the SAMOSS partner institutions.
