'13 2nd semester Regular Checkup

for students living in a dormitory

Every students staying in a dormitory for the 2nd semester of 2013 has to have health examination(TB_tuberculosis, radiation check) as below. Since it is one year based checkup, students who already took health checkup last semester do not have to take.

1. Period : 9. 9(Mon) ~ 9. 11(Wed) 14:00-20:00

2. Place : dormitory administrative bldg 1st floor, Ping-Pong room

3. Cost : free (dormitory will pay 5,000KRW for every students staying in dormitory)

This regular checkup is not an optional, everyone has to take health checkup during designated period. If not, students have to go to see a doctor and take checkup with paying their own money, and have to submit medical report.
